Project Summary

Hireavilla is a luxury villa and apartment rental marketplace, curating premium short-term stays across North Goa, Alibaug, Mangalore, Bali and Dubai (via partner brand Manzil.life). We designed and built the end-to-end digital experience — discovery, booking, and the operational back-end behind it.

Company Description

A founder-led luxury rental platform offering curated villas and apartments to affluent leisure travellers, with a growing footprint across India and select international destinations.

Challenge

Inventory lived across spreadsheets and channel managers, bookings ran on calls and manual confirmations, and the brand didn't signal the calibre of the homes. As the portfolio grew across five destinations, the operation couldn't scale without a real platform underneath it.

Solution

We built the marketplace end-to-end: destination and property discovery designed around photography, a direct booking flow with real availability, and an ERP back-office that gives the team one view of inventory, bookings and guest communication across all destinations.

Results

The team now runs a multi-destination portfolio from a single operational platform, direct bookings no longer depend on phone-and-spreadsheet workflows, and the brand presents at the level of the properties it curates.
