Company Description

A real estate investment platform offering curated property opportunities — buy, rent, off-plan and holiday homes — alongside strategic investment guidance for clients building long-term wealth through real estate.

Challenge

Six distinct investment verticals — from off-plan opportunities to holiday homes to long-term investment theses — needed to live under one credible brand, and the team needed an operational layer that could keep curated inventory and investor conversations organised as the platform grew.

Solution

We designed the flagship around the investor journey: clear vertical-by-vertical discovery, an investment-thesis content layer that demonstrates the team's point of view, and an ERP back-office connecting curated inventory to enquiries so nothing falls through the cracks.

Results

Manzil Asset Management launched with a platform that presents all six verticals coherently, gives investors a reason to return between transactions, and runs day-to-day operations from one system instead of scattered tools.
